Delivery and Returns

Orders from the UK, Europe & Rest of World are shipped from our UK warehouse. US & North American orders are now shipped from our US fulfilment centre.
Orders placed before 2.00pm local time will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays.

Orders from the USA are now shipped from our US fulfilment centre with no customs duties, tariffs or fees charged.
Please note that UK VAT will not be charged for any orders outside the UK but import duties, local taxes and handling fees may still be charged.
These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery unless already paid.
Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only, not including the initial shipping costs.
If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the item(s) are returned to us, unused, in a saleable condition and with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the original shipping fee is non refundable.
Please note that delivery costs of returned items along with any customs duties or fees incurred will need to be covered by you, unless the items arrived faulty, damaged or sent by us in error.
When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost and ensure that item(s) are well protected for transit inside the parcel box.
Eau de Parfums: As these are cosmetic products we can not accept returns after the product has been tested as they are not deemed as re sellable to another customer.
